What Did You Notice About Your Pregnancy The Week Leading Up To Labor?
I have asked around and people say you get a ton of “all of a sudden energy”, but are there any other things that happen to you the last week of pregnancy, like cramps, absentmindedness. I just am so anxious and want to know when she is gonna pop out! I am at 37 weeks and can harldy wait anymore.

I actually have gotten a ton of energy the past 2 weeks and last night I had my first contraction (or first intense BH). I couldn’t breath, I could barely move, I could hardly speak it was like the wind was knocked out of me and my stomach was being squeezed inward it was crazy, I’d never felt a BH like that, so I know it should be any day now, and that’s what the doctor said. But yea, I just got a burst of energy and I’ve been walking every night, and running around the house with the dog, and just acting crazy and having fun, it’s like I’m on a high and I’m not really pregnant anymore, because I feel great (which I don’t like because it makes me feel like I’ll be pregnant forever)! Its different for everyone. One week before my first baby was born, I lost my mucos plug and then the baby dropped really low. I started having small contractions. Second baby I felt nothing. Infact I had my membranes stripped so it would possibly help speed up labor. And it did because I went into labor the next day. With this baby I am 35 weeks and have a few days of “energy bursts” and the baby has dropped a lot already. I’ve had an increase in watery type discharge. I am completly forgetful (much more thanI had been), but all this does not necessary mean I’ll go into labor in a week. It all happens when that baby is ready. If you want you could try walking more and maybe have your husband/partner ejaculate in you during sex. I’ve heard the sperm has something in it to start labor for some when. Good luck.

With me the first time around, I did get the spurts of energy, my house was very very clean when the baby finally came. The cramps are a good sign that the baby is lining up for the finale, but that could come a few weeks before actual delivery. And personally, this is my second pregnancy (34weeks) and I have never been so absent-minded and forgetful in my life!

I started With light period pains..
And never slept so much in my life! everyone is different! and now im in early labour!
Contractions…OUCH!!
