What Are Questions Asked On A Animal Adoption Form?

Im hopefully adopting 2 bunnies from
a shelter this weekend.I was just curious what
are some questions asked on a adoption form
and how long the whole adoption process can take.
Will most shelters allow you to interact with the
pets before you take them home?

    Adopting an animal is pretty easy. It takes about 30 minutes. Good shelters will definetly play with the bunnies.
