I love my child more than anything in this world. I will always give him whatever he wants. (No, he is not a spoiled brat as he truely appreciates everything).
He is 16, he wants to be a race car driver. He has done several modifications to his car to make it faster. He is very serious to this hopeful career path as now he is enrolled in college mechanic courses.
I want to support him and be there and encourage his goals in life. But, I am so worried about this race car thing as I know he races around town. Of course since he’s 16, he thinks he knows everything and that he drives so well a car accident is not imaginable.
I am so scared that one day I am going to get a call, but then at the same time, I want him to know I am behind him in any decision he wants to make in this life. I know he is 16, and I am stuck in between being a mother, his guidance and his support. What should I do? I am so worried about a car accident.

He’s an only child who feels connected to his dad. Though his parents are quite stiff. His mom doesn’t really talk very much and his dad talks a bit. Both parents lack self-esteem and confidence, but seem to be authoritarian. The child isn’t given any chores to do, but is expected to do exceptionally well on school work. The child is hardly ever complemented on the work he does, and is instead pointed out on the flaws of his work. His family is Catholic.

What are you thankful for as the year comes to a close?

With my first 2 pregnancies I had low amniotic fluid and my babies didnt grow well.I was just wondering how likely it is for that to happen with this pregnancy? And does it have anything to do with endometriosis,which I have? Every Doctor has told me endo has nothing to do with it.They also told me “low fluid” wouldnt happen with my 2nd one either and it did.

I have read that in a first pregnancy, tummy starts to show around the 4th or even 5th month. The thing is that I lost my baby in my first pregnancy, when it was only 4 weeks old. I am looking forward to get pregnant again but I wonder if my pregnancy tummy will appear around 4th or 5th month, or earlier, because it is consider already a second pregnancy

Mine is to have a better more active pregnancy this time around.
Make sure my family eats better this year.
To have my daughter not feel left out when the new baby arrives.
Try not to spoil my daughter.
To be consistent with my parenting.
Take better care of myself so I can take better care of my family.

My adoption was final Dec 2007. I am a foster parent. since the child i adopted was in the foster care agency, can you still claim the credit? I had minimal expenses. What supporting documents do you need to submit ? If you e-file will you have to mail in or can you still do it all electronically? Thanks for all of your answers in advance.
