Company formed in 2006. We have a SEP IRA established for 2006 which employees with 0 years of service, so that the owner could be included. In 2007 we have employees and we were planning to change the adoption agreement to include employees who have worked atleast 1 year. Is it possible to do it? If so, should it have been done before hiring the employee or can it be done now also?

Like I hear people say that “that kid is just too smart.”
Or is it parenting skills that determine how smart someone becomes. Not just parenting skills but parents being ideal role models like parents who are always reading, always having intellectual conversations, parents who give weekly pep talks, etc. etc.
I’m a nice guy but I’m not the smartest guy in the world and I attribute it to my parents. They are not the smartest people themselves, they’re not the most hard working, stuff like that.

I am 36 and 6 days late. I already have children and was not planning on more, so I do however recognize the symptoms of pregnancy. I have taken several home pregnancys tests and they all result in a negative reading? I did have unprotected sex so pregnancy could be a possibility. My mom go through menopause early she is convinced that I am going through perimenopause. Anyone every experience similar, or know anything about this I have been doing some research and cannot find much information. HELP!

Me and Wife are undergoing parenting treatment at Bangalore to get an Kid as fast in our life. As you all know the expenses are unbearable. And I am not able to reimburse the expenses from my current TATA AIG insurance policy as well Mediclaim.
In this regard, is there any policy or any other way which is available for us reimburse our expenses?
