My husband and I have infertility problems, I have PCOS and he has low sperm count and low motility. We have been seeing a fertility specialist, but we feel like this is not what God wants us to do. We feel like we are supposed to adopt. How can we find a birthmother outside of an adoption agency? We are christian people, with alot of love to give a child, and I assure any of you, the child we adopt will not ever want for anything. I worry about all the dogs, cats, and other pets of military personel, who are left without shelter while their owners are shipped overseas to various parts of the world. Many military members need to put their animals up for adoption (if there are no other choices). How would someone find out where to have them adopted, if only on a temporary basis ?

I have spoken to an adoption attorney and she says the hardest part of trying to adopt is locating a young lady who wants to put her child up for adoption. I am 38 years old and my husband and I have tried and tried for years, been through fertility treatments and nothing has worked. I just don’t think I will ever get pregnant. We are so ready to be parents, but I really don’t know how/where to start looking. Any advice would be appreciated.
