She had taken a child from Malawi despite not being a resident of Malawi – a legal requirement for adoption of Malawan children. How?

I am unable to have a child of my own. I miscarried once and they had to take out my fallopian tubes. I know I can give a child love, attention, all they need , even if I am not rich. I am considering doing a private adoption, but am confused on all the rules. How do I go about legally finding someone that wants to do a private adoption? What is the process once you are ready? If you can help me out, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Government programs (through non-profit organizations) provide parenting classes, but many people do not believe these agencies have been given enough information to provide adequate training to address the different standards of parental guidance within the ethnic group, and the different standards between each ethnic group.
