My Mother gave a child up for adoption in Dallas, Texas many years ago..the child would be around 10-15 years of age now. I would like to find my brother. Can someone help me as to what a good place to start would be?

Are first borns more strict with their own kids or the reverse.
Are middle kids harsher disciplinarians?
Do Youngest spoil their own kids?
I wonder if there is any correlation between birth order and parenting style.

I know what a parenting order is and what it covers, but i need to knowwhat actually happens when the court looks at it, do the parents decide what orders need to be chosen? or do the courts just take the whole thing into their own hands and decide on relevent information?
