We are in the process of becoming a adoptive parent of a specific child. We already have 2 children of our own. We have been told we will get an adoption allowance. I’m wondering how much this could be?

I’m planning to go to those adoption event to adopt a puppy, does anyone know how much do they charge? or an estimate? And do you think I’ll be able to find a yorkies?

We got a mutt from the dog shelter and we had to pay a AU$350 adoption fee.
At that particular shelter their dogs range from AU$200 to $450 depending on age and type. I think it’s much the same at the other shelters around my area.

If you were going to adopt a cat from a rescue group, would a $100 adoption fee seem a lot if the cat comes already fixed, vaccinated, tested for disease, and all up to date on vet care?

My fiance is going to be trying for shared parenting of his daughter soon. How much does it usually cost? I know it can vary case per case, but an estimate would be nice. We have to start saving up for this now.
