My daughter is 6 months old and we said before she was born that we will have one principal rule of parenting – The Parents Always Win! I don’t want to get caught up in bargaining or give up when confronted by a tantrum. We really haven’t had to exercise it yet because Miss Muffett is little still.
Do you have one principal rule that you parent by?
What I mean is, if the mother does not want the baby and wants to give the child up for adoption immediately after its born, does the father get any say so? Can the mother just give the baby up for adoption without the consent of the father? Just something that I wondered after seeing some questions on here.

Apparently many working mothers are too busy these days to toilet train their children, and school teachers are ending up having to potty train 5 year olds. Obviously this is another example of women’s ‘liberation’ resulting is a mess that someone else has got to clean up, but do you know of other examples of feminism having a negative impact on parenting?
Seperated 8 months ago and the ex is very erratic and controlling, we can agree on a parenting plan however don’t want its changed on their whim.
I was at the book store last night looking at parenting books that deal with disapline for teens and or preteens? There are so many, I didnt want to waste money so I am on here asking if you have read any good one’s that you would recomend.

Hey, Im divorced and i have a 4 month old baby boy with my ex. He never wants to use his parenting time cuz he is always going out. he has seen my son for 3 days in the past month. The man im with now loves him and would like to adopt my son and but my ex will not volintarily sign off because of his mother. is there any way around him to get his parenting rights terminated?

Meaning, have you ever met any of your online contacts and what was it like. I’ve become friends with a couple of you, mind you a very few, cause you all are so many, but I appreciate the friendships I have made.
