We need help finding the right adoption guidance. We are trying to research avenues to domestic open adoption. While we are able to readily find all of the facilitators and law centers with large advertising budgets we want to ensure that our potential birthparents are treated with respect and all promises made by the agency/facilitator/attorney to the potential birthparents are honored.

I was adopted in PA in 1971. I am trying to find my biological mother. The adoption records are sealed. I have no idea where she is, what her name is, etc. Is there a way to get the records? How useful are specialized search agencies (ie. Omnitrace) or private investigators? Any info would be appreciated.

I am looking to attend a “refresher” parenting class for my 8 day old newborn (my second child, his first) in the central NJ location. I would perfer to attend the class in person, but if anyone knows information about online classes I would appreciate that too. I want to know if online classes offer a certificate of completion. (He and I live in separately so I want to be sure he finishes the class)

My friend has an amaising parenting course that really helps parent have obedient and respectful children. I wanted to help her by finding the keywords that parents would use on Google to find help with the most common parenting problems.

My husband and I want to adopt a newborn, but we don’t know if we should search for an expectant mother for a possible adoption placement or work with an adoption agency. We are not sure what resources are the best to use to research our options.
