I suppose this would be considered the “solution” to the teen pregnancy problem. And yes, I am aware of constitutional impediments to restricting procreation and religious opposition to birth control in general. Thoughts?

I’ve always wondered what effects birth control has on an expecting mother and baby.
If a woman didn’t know she was pregnant and stayed on birth control, would it terminate her pregnancy or just give the baby birth defects?
I’m wondering, because I learned that the germinal period (time where the baby is most vulnerable) is from 2-8 weeks. So will it harm the baby if she didn’t know?
