I want to adopt a dog from this shelter, but I can’t find the adoption fee on the website. Does anyone know?
I volunteer at an animal adoption center in jackson wy and I need fundraising ideas because we are poor as hell! We are fairly successful adopting out dogs and cats and rodents, but we adopt them out about half the price of money that we actually put work into them. Recently I did a study on the place and raised 500 dollars and that was gone in two seconds for them! They need help… PLZ respond!
Im hopefully adopting 2 bunnies from
a shelter this weekend.I was just curious what
are some questions asked on a adoption form
and how long the whole adoption process can take.
Will most shelters allow you to interact with the
pets before you take them home?
We have discovered that our baby is very allergic to our cat and we need to get rid of it. She is 5 years old and very sweet, her name is Mrs. Sweets. We don’t know anyone who wants a cat and do not want to give her to the pound. We would prefer to give her to an animal adoption agency that keeps them until they find a home. Please help?
I want to adopt a puppy for my 4 year old son. But with all the animals that end up in animal shelters, I would like to adopt one there as opposed to buying one from a pet shop.
I worry that at an animal shelter, there will be no puppies for adoption. And I want a puppy so my son and the puppy have a better chance of bonding.
Here are my questions:
1) Do animal shelters have puppies for adoption or just older dogs?
2) Does the age of the dog even make a difference in whether or not the dog and my son will bond?
Thanks!
I want to sell my parakeets and have noticed that other people who are selling parakeets ask for adoption fees of up to 60 $
Why? How can adoption fees ensure my bird will get to a good home?
