How long after conception would a pregnancy test be reliable?
Note: after conception, please dont tell me about ovulation or days from period or due date of periods or anything.
Thanks!

Generally, it takes about 10 to 14 days from the time of conception to accurately detect HCG ( the pregnancy hormone) in the urine. Conception may occur on a certain date however, it can take up to 3 to 4 days for actual implantation to occur. That means that you may have to wait upto 3 weeks to detect HCG at the proper levels.

I know it is hard to do but I wouldn’t wate money peeing on sticks until you are at least 3 weeks after conception. It gets an expensive business and unlikely to show as positive very early – I would wait until you have missed your period by at least 4/5 days if not a whole week….

It depends on many things… I had a positive test only 10 days after conception (or ovulation).. This was nearly a week before my missed period. My sister didn’t get a positive untill the day of her missed period.. So I don’t think there is ever an exact time frame in which a test will show…

i tested positive exactly 12 days after conception. conception day june 10, positive HPT june 22. but most people are positive 14-15 days after.

atleast 2 weeks after conception & 4 weeks after your last period.

Taking a test when you miss your period is the only way you will get an accurate result.

well before 2 weeks there is about a 10% chance that it will be wrong but after that they are very rarely wrong
