What use to help me was pretzels. They seem to make my stomach feel better quicker than saltine crackers. I use to carry a baggie of them in my purse. Good Luck! I went out and bought new bras because my breasts were sore just a week after conception. I have had symptoms, pretty much from then until now (19 weeks). I had all day sickness until about 13 weeks, now I feel sick a couple of times per week. Hope you feel better! Definitely not true. I had pregnancy symptoms right away, before I even took a pregnancy test. Every pregnancy is different, some never have symptoms and some have it to the extreme. I personaly didn't get much symptoms but many women get morning sickness before they find out they are pregnant (which means in the very begining of pregnancy). If your doctor didn't say anything was wrong, then everything if most certainly fine.
