What specifically are you looking for? There are so many guidlines and laws about these topics, and they vary from place to place.
Child support is money from the non-custodial parent for the custodial parent to help with the expenses of raising a child.
Adoption is when a person or couple take over the legal responsibility and obligations of raising a child. This usually is a replecement for the biological parents.
Foster care is for children that have been removed from their parents. This turns out a lot of times to be just “three hots and a cot.”
